    3.2 was horrible.

Don't stay here!!! It was very dirty, the towels weren't washed, and there were big clumps of hairs stuck to our bathtub and tiles. It was also in a bad part of town. Spend a few more dollars to feel safe and clean!

When checking in, only one employee was present. He was on the phone for 15-20 minutes after I came in, leaving me to wait until he was done to check in. After checking in, I asked what time the continental breakfast was, to which he replied 7-10AM. He checked me in, and I asked for an iron and ironing board. He gave me an iron, and said if there wasn't a board in the room to return and he would give one to me. Though I requested an iron and board in my reservation, neither was in the room. When I came back a few minutes later, he was on the phone again, for another 10-15 minutes, and then he assisted another person to check in before he was able to get the ironing board. When I tried to use the free internet, it said a password was needed. I called the front desk and he gave the password. After trying it unsuccessfully several times, I called him back and he insisted for 10 minutes that I was mistaken. While I continued to try the password, he miraculously recalled that it "had recently been changed". The wireless internet was only able to be used in part of the room, and failed to reach most of it (the dining room table, the bedroom, etc). No shampoo was provided. While showering, the tiles around the handles fell off onto my foot. After waking up, I arrived promptly at the front door (6:59AM), which was locked. A different employee was at the front counter. After I knocked on the door (no button was available to ring, contrary to indications from a sign to "Ring the Bell for Service"), he looked at me like I was a vagrant and his face conveyed the thought "What the hell does this person want?". Instead of opening the door, he opened the after-hours window next to it and asked what I wanted. The conversation went: Me: Hi, I'm here for the continental breakfast. Him: It's not ready yet. Me: What time will it be ready? Him: When the coffee's done making. Me: Can I come in and wait? Him: No, the lobby is closed. Me: When will the lobby be open?

  • Family with children

This was a motel that was being used by drug dealers and prostitutes. The rooms were dirty and broken. We were afraid to shower or even sleep under the covers. Stay far far away from this motel unless you are looking for drugs and paying for sex and dirty dirty rooms

  • Family with children

I did not like anything about the inn. I asked for a nin smokibg room and they gave me a room that stunked and smelt with the odor of ciggerette ashes. Next time im in the phoenix metro area, id prolly go off chosing a motel 6, they might not be a 2 star hotel but atleast its more cleaner and smelly good.

  • Older travelers

Very close to the major airport, convenient for very early flights. Lowest price for a large one-bedroom suite, good for budget travelers. Shopping area close by, but the cabinets in the kitchen are empty, nothing to use for cooking. Towels and carpet are very old - expected for low-price places. Cleaness is fine.

  • Family with children

Walls had holes. Carpet was pulling up. Very disgusting and needs renovated badly. Definitely owned by a slumlord.

    Low price

Poor wifi connection. No TV remote. Ants in the bathroom. Continetal breakfast was joke.

  • Group of friends

The price was great and it was close to both concerts I wanted to see. There were a lot of gas stations and fast food/restaurants nearby which was nice.

The staff. The lady who checked me in wasn't very friendly. The overnight guy is very rude. Also, the place is kind of disgusting looking. There were a lot of druggies walking around at night and I worried my car might get stolen or someone might break in to the room.

  • Group of friends

This place should be closed and knocked down for a parking lot .

I went through three rooms that were supposed to be non smoking but all smelled like smoke. The linens were dirty and I had no trash bin. The neighborhood is bad, people harassed me outside the hotel. I checked out and stayed elsewhere.

  • Group of friends

Nothing --- You should remove this resort from your list.On check in the desk clerk was clueless to what was going on.. Our room was filthy writing on the walls, the door to the deck had been kicked in. The bathroom was gross. We booked a room for three,we were to have a hide a bed. It did not gave a mattress just a board. We went down stairs to the clerk,he gave us another room. It was worse. The same bed problem also filthy writing on the walls. The bed sheets were dirty. Out side of the other rooms were boxes of garbage. There were 2 men fighting. When the cops showed up. We knew we were leaving. Give this place a -10

Everything the worst place I have ever booked. Gross

  • Group of friends

It was dirty. Rooms smell bad. There were a lot of trashes in front of our room . Rooms was not clean. Based on our reservation I expected to have microwave in our room but there was no microwave. I really do not feel satisfy by this hotel.
